Coreo privacy policy
Coreo collects nothing. Your videos, drawings and notes stay on your iPhone.
What stays on your phone
Coreo works entirely on your iPhone. It has no accounts, no servers, no advertising and no tracking, and it contains no analytics or crash reporting. Nothing about you or your videos is sent to Juniper Tangent or to anyone else.
Your projects (the video copies Coreo makes when you import, your sync results, drawings, notes, flags and settings) are stored in Coreo's own storage on your device. Deleting a project in Coreo removes it. Deleting the app removes everything.
Photos access
Coreo asks for access to your photo library for two reasons: to import dance videos you choose, and to save a video you have exported when you tap Save. It also uses the library to let you re-pick clips if a project needs to be relinked after a device restore. Coreo only reads the videos you pick, and it only writes the exports you ask it to save. You can change this at any time in Settings, Privacy & Security, Photos.
Export and sharing
When you export, Coreo builds the video on your phone. Where it goes next is your choice, through the iOS share sheet or by saving to Photos. Those are your own actions, and what happens to a file after you send it to another app or person is governed by that app or person, not by Coreo.
The diagnostics report in About Coreo is built on your phone and shown to you first. It lists device model, app version and technical facts about each clip, and it names no files and includes no video or notes. Nothing is sent unless you choose to share it.
Information from Apple
Apple may give us aggregate App Store figures, such as the number of downloads. If you have turned on sharing of diagnostics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may also pass us crash information. That is Apple's service and is covered by Apple's privacy policy. Coreo itself has no code that collects it.
Email and this website
If you email us, we receive your address and your message, and we use them only to reply. We do not add you to a list. This website has no analytics or cookies. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep ordinary server logs under GitHub's own privacy statement.
Children
Coreo does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no accounts, no ads and no way for a child to share information with us through the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Because Coreo collects nothing, a change that made it collect anything would also need an app update and a change to its App Store privacy label.
