These terms cover this website and the apps published by Juniper Tangent LLC ("Juniper Tangent", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms.
App store terms
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you get an app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, together with these terms. If you get it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply, together with these terms. Where those agreements and these terms conflict, the store's agreement applies.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the apps except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals.
Your content
Videos, notes, sentences and anything else you create or import remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you import, such as videos recorded by other people. We do not claim any rights in your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps or this website to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, or to interfere with the services or other people's use of them.
No warranty
We work to make our apps reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Juniper Tangent is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our apps or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
